Achiah’s 40 years of experience includes a tenure as a Partner at Kuruvilla and Kuruvilla accounting firm. Achiah was also the head of business operations at Integrated Finance and more recently, was a Senior Director at Sutherland Global Services where he headed the India business controllership function playing both a finance and business operations role across various delivery centres spread across India.
Bhushan’s experience of over 40 years includes managing leadership positions in both manufacturing and services sectors. Bhushan worked as the President - Finance at Finolex Cables managing the entire finance function across all its factories and business operations. Prior to Finolex, Bhushan held senior finance leadership roles at the Reliance Group, Spaco Carburettor and Bajaj Electricals.
Venkat’s experience of 32 years includes various leadership roles in financial planning & analysis, audit, MIS, risk management, internal controls, legal & statutory compliances in India, Africa & Middle East. He worked in manufacturing plants, corporate offices, multi format retail, & integrated solution providers within the automotive & mining Industry. Companies included Ashok Leyland, Bajaj Electricals, Kirloskar Oil Engines, Reliance Retail & the Hansa Group.
Mangesh obtained his post graduation from Pune University and has a rich experience of 24 years with stints at corporates like Force Motors, Arvind Limited (Telecom Division) and various Start-ups. He specialises in Management reporting, Budgeting, Treasury, Statutory Compliances and Payroll. He is well versed with all types of Accounting Software especially SAP.
Karthik comes with 7+ years of experience which includes various roles in Taxation Advisory, Audit and Assurance functions, International Taxation, Due-diligence, Managing overall finance function, Accounting and Statutory compliances, Working capital management, Profitability monitoring, Capital re-structuring and building internal controls. He has implemented GST for KPTCL. He has worked in different roles with Public Limited & Private Limited Companies such as Opto Circuits Group , Pristine Organics Private Limited, Medi Assist Group.
